1. Meet & Greet Delivery Service

Car Airport Morocco operates exclusively as a personalized vehicle delivery service. We do not have a physical counter inside the airport terminal, allowing us to bypass long queue lines. Your vehicle is delivered directly to you by our meet-and-greet representative at the terminal exit or in your hotel/riad lobby in Marrakech. Delivery is completely free of charge in Marrakech. For deliveries or returns to other cities (Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier, etc.), an extra delivery/recovery fee will be applied depending on the destination city. Additionally, a late-night delivery charge of 150 DH applies for any delivery scheduled between 00:00 (midnight) and 06:00 AM.

2. Driver Requirements

The primary driver and any registered additional drivers must be at least 21 years old (25 years old for premium SUV and luxury categories) and hold a valid national driving license for a minimum of 2 years. Original licenses and passports must be inspected by our agent during check-in.

3. Vehicle Use

The rental car is authorized for use on public paved roads throughout Morocco. Off-road driving, sand driving (dunes), and racing are strictly prohibited. Violations will void all insurance protections.

4. Insurance and Franchise

Rental rates include third-party liability coverage, collision damage waiver (CDW), and theft protection. A deductible (franchise) applies in case of damage, unless the customer purchases our Full Insurance option (Zero Deductible). Standard exclusions include loss of car keys, wrong fuel mistakes, tire damage, and driving under the influence.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a set level of fuel and should be returned with the same amount. No credit or refund is issued for extra fuel left in the tank.
